Phil Crowley is a gentleman attorney of boundless energy and experience.  If you are an entrepreneur, particularly in biomed, pharma or tech fields, his is the legal counsel you want on your side.  Phil served 32 years as Associate General Counsel for Johnson and Johnson where a mere part of his duties included the delivery of over 1,000,000 online compliance-course sessions.  (No that’s not a typo – it is one million.)

Armed with physics degrees from Stevens Institute, then Harvard University, Phil began as a research scientist.  Within a few years, he turned to law.  In addition to handling everything from regulatory issues to acquisitions for J&J, Phil has chaired the law committee of the Biotechnology Industry Organization, The Pharmaceutical Product Stewardship Work Group, and the Pharmaceutical Environmental Health & Safety Counsel Roundtable in Washington.  Renown among his peers, Phil has for 15 years served as Director for the New Jersey Association of Corporate Counsel.
