Jerald O’Kennard
Jerald O’ Kennard has carved out a life of fine wines & drinks, fine music, fine food, and grand entertainment. As Director of the Beverage Testing Institute, he has spent the last two decades guiding his team in sampling and competitively rating hundreds of the best wines, beers, and hard liquors from across the globe. Beverage Testing clients send their latest vintages, praying for a high quality score and counting on the wise counsel offered by the BTI to help them improve and better sell their product.
In addition to his beverage mastery, Jerald is an active composer, creating music (and occasionally taking roles in) film and theatre productions, such as Elements of Surprise. Prior to taking the helm of BTI, Jerald gained his food and entertainment experience by running The Arts Club of Chicago, along with his own catering business. A congenial visionary, Director O’ Kennard looks to syndicate and further share BTI’s highly reputed competitive rating reviews.
