Howard Stoeckel

Mr. Howard B. Stoeckel serves as Vice Chairman of Wawa, Inc. Mr. Stoeckel served as the Chief Executive Officer of Wawa, Inc. He joined Wawa in 1987 as Vice President of human resources and was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President for marketing and Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer. He serves as a Director of Wawa, Inc., AmeriGas Propane L.P. and Riddle Memorial Hospital. He served as a Director of Amerigas Propane, Inc., a General partner of AmeriGas Partners LP from September 30, 2006 to December 31, 2013. He served as Member of Board of Trustees of Main Line Health, Inc. He serves as Trustee for Rider University. Mr. Stoeckel received his Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from Rider University, Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
