Founded by Damon’s father Max Gersh, Maxons Restoration scomprise the select professionals who wade in after the 9/11 attack, Hurricane Sandy, or a fire guts part of the Empire State building, and swiftly restore and rebuild.  Under Damon’s leadership, teams of specialized restorers have been founded and funded, all ready to answer when disaster strikes.
